coincidence... and something small.
Chinese New Year is just around the corner, about half a month from now. This beautiful sight was seen in The Curve. They have prepared it early anticipating the blessed day. Although the flowers aren't real, but the effort to make it made the feel blossomed. There are also sights of couples sitting at the benches in between and enjoying the mood.
That nite, I lost my way. Due to some reasons, I drove further away from my destination. Passing the bridge at one point, we felt something strange. We reached Batu Caves, but the area was jam-packed. Looking at the date, it was Thaipusam.

I came to Batu Caves before, but that was very long ago. I guess I was still not yet 10, maybe younger. I remember being a small kid that time climbing the long stairs and it was very tough for me. I couldn't recall much of that time except few things still very fresh in my mind. I can remember the smell, the cave inside and plenty of birds. Plenty of birds can also mean plenty of droppings from them. The thing still distinct in my memory was how 'lucky' that one of the bird drop her poop just when I reached out my hand. It dropped exactly on my palm.
Couldn't say whether that nite was lucky or unlucky, but we made most of what we had. Some pics G Yuk took.
...the futsal next day, we met an energetic boy who came from nowhere.
nistelrooy: I wanna play.
chun: Can your height reach here? (measure around nichi's height)
He measured but still far off.
chun: aww... you can't join.
He's very persistent.
chun: You try to dribble past him (points to Nichi)
Off he chased Nichi dribbling away.
After some time...
nichi: *pants* ...he got my ball.
chun: ...
You veli char...
We all acted like we promised nothing.
chun: Where's your parents?
nistelrooy: They are playing at the other side.
chun: Why didn't you join them?
nistelrooy: They play very hard. The ball they used is as hard as a coconut.
zen: ...
(laughs)
